Pharmacy Weight Loss Newbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Newbury and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is clinically or legally inappropriate to proceed. Providing false or misleading health information may put your safety at risk and could result in termination of your account.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered UK prescriber following a clinical review of your consultation. A prescription will only be issued when it is deemed safe and clinically appropriate for you.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement at all times. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the UK.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment covers the consultation fee and, where a prescription is issued, the cost of medication and dispensing. If a prescription is not issued following clinical review, you will be entitled to a refund of the medication cost. The consultation fee is non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before a prescriber has reviewed your consultation for a full refund. Once a clinical review has commenced, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If your prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons, except where the product is faulty or supplied in error. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
